Notes I manage the Genomics Core lab at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute; a Department of the University of Cambridge. As part of the lab I manage a large NGS collaboration based around shared HiSeq instruments; the lab is heavily based on Illumina NGS and high-throughput genomics technologies including Fluidigm, Agilent and Life Technologies. I am an expert in NGS methods and my lab regularly tests new methods and technologies.
